1995-2005










 

1995

  • A third furnace (BP3) with a capacity of 400 tons per day and four bottle production lines began operations at Bangplee in July, the largest furnace in Southeast Asia.



2000

  • The company achieved ISO 9002: 1994 certification under the Quality Management System (QMS) of Bureau Veritas (Thailand) for Manufacture of glass containers for beer, health drinks, foods, whisky, soft drinks, drinking water, soda water, wine, electrolyte, phamaceuticals and press glass tableware.



2001

  • RB4 furnace at Rajburana was rebuilt with an increased capacity of 400 tons per day.



2002

  • The company achieved ISO 9001 (BS EN ISO 9001: 2000) certification under the Quality Management System (QMS) of Bureau Veritas (Thailand).



2003

  • Opening ceremony for ASEAN−Japan TQM (Total Quality Management) Project (24 July).



2004

  • Because of a higher demand for bottles, the tableware production facility (TW1) was terminated. The BP4 furnace was built on TW1 space with a capacity of 300 tons per day and four container production lines. Installation of four new machines for quality checking, automatic arranging, automatic film-wrapping, and clean room system.
